Sharing Tips for Dog Ownership in Condos at the Home and Garden Fair Select 2021

They invited renowned dog behaviorist Khru Nul-Phanuchit Posayanon to share insights during a discussion titled “What You Should Know Before Owning a Dog in a Condo,” alongside Nut-Nattawut Chiarapatt, the owner of the FrenchButa page and the proud father of “Nong Buta,” the adorable dog celebrity and brand ambassador for Major Development. This event took place at theHome and Garden Fair Select 2021 on Saturday, March 20, 2021, at 4:00 PM  at BITEC Bangna.

 

Khru Nul-Phanuchit Posayanon, a famous dog behaviorist and founder of the Nol’s Puppy Class, which teaches dog training to help owners understand how to coexist with pets properly, stated, “Currently, there are condominium projects that allow residents to keep pets, catering to the lifestyle of modern consumers, particularly pet lovers. Developers have designed concepts that encompass long-term coexistence between humans and animals to create a balanced and harmonious living environment. Before deciding to own a dog in a condo, potential pet owners should consider various aspects, such as their readiness to care for different breeds, understanding the rules and details of pet-friendly condos, and researching suitable dog breeds for condo living.”

On the other hand, Nut-Nattawut Chiarapatt, the owner of the FrenchButa page and the father of “Nong Buta,” the adorable dog celebrity, shared his thoughts: “Dogs are like family members. Besides personal preference, it’s essential to study the characteristics and behaviors of each breed, their pros and cons, and the proper ways to raise them. Training them to be well-behaved, not barking or howling, and not disturbing neighbors is crucial, even if those neighbors are also animal lovers. Ultimately, peaceful coexistence is vital, and pet owners should provide activities for their dogs to express themselves outside their apartments to enhance their happiness.
